CARROT CELERY SALAD

This salad is easy to make and is great as a snack, or light lunch to use while cleansing.

  • 6 organic carrots,
  • washed 3 ribs celery,
  • chopped 1 cup apple or orange juice
  • 2 heaping Tbs. natural almond butter

Salad
Grate the six carrots in a food processor or by hand. Mix the grated carrots with the chopped celery together and store in a container. You can double this recipe for a larger amounts to store for a week.

Dressing Blend
the juice with the almond butter in a blender. Store in a container and use with the salad at the time of eating.
