EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS

Love Your Body programs are highly participatory workshops that explore what it means to be well today. The structure of the programs has allowed over 5000 participants to discover their own truths about nutrition in an environment with others who are discovering the dynamics of what creates or blocks healing.

1. The First benefit of the program is that you rest and cleanse your body. In this process, you discover that you have greater energy than you may have experienced in a long time.

2. Second, you are able to "unhook" yourself from processed foods, caffeine, nicotine, sugar and other unhealthy choices. You discover that you have all the power you need to make important changes for your body changes that support the kind of health and vitality you have always wanted for yourself.

3. Third, you may experience less emotional tension, be better able to relax and be more creative in manifesting your intentions.
