Since 1976, I have also been teaching and practicing polarity and deep tissue muscular healing. In 1999 I was trained in LaStone Therapy and I am excited to offer this in conjunction with my other services.

What is Hot Stone Therapy? 
LaStone Therapy uses hot, smooth stones that emit a profoundly penetrating heat that melts tension from muscles and also submerges you in a state of profound relaxation. Cold marble stones can be used as well for deep healing to produce what has been called ''vascular gymnastics." 

This treatment can be both physically energizing and create experiences of mental and emotional peace.
